Return Policy

1 – Eligibility: The Return Policy applies to all jewelry purchased directly from Renodia Diamond Private Limited, excluding custom-made or personalized items.

2 – Return Period: Clients must initiate a return request within 10 days from the date of Delivery. The returned items must be in their original condition, with the original packaging, invoice, and certification.

3 – Refund Process: Refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable charges, including but not limited to, making charges and logistics costs. Refunds will be made through the original payment method within 30 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

4 – Additional Conditions: Renodia Diamond Association reserves the right to modify or terminate the Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
